Philips has appointed a new CEO for Philips Lighting Solutions in India. After resigning from HCL Infosystems, Hashavardhan Chitale, was chosen to head the Philips Lighting Solutions, South Asia division.
Chitale said:
Lighting is an exciting industry to be in and it’s even more exciting to work with Philips, which has shaped and led to the industry over the years. The timing is just right as the company is in great position to benefit from the fundamental changes taking place in the lighting industry.
